Do you believe that life meets you at your level of audacity? I've been thinking about this question all day long, and I really do believe that it does. The word audacious has popped up for me more times in the last couple days than I can even list. Not in the presumptuous way, but the audacious, the daring, the courageous, the bold, that kind of audacious. Like having gumption or chutzpah. We're not gonna get that thing unless we go after it. And nobody's going to buy your idea unless you pitch it. Tonight there is this super rare blue moon happening. And I've been reading up on blue moon rituals. This particular one is supposed to be extremely powerful, and it's not just tonight, it extends through the rest of the moon month. So you've got time. This
Blue Moon Questions To Expand
SPEAKER_00is a time period where you want to ask yourself where you're still playing small, what dream have you been talking yourself out of? What opportunity are you postponing? And what belief about yourself are you ready to just release and get rid of? What limiting beliefs are holding you back? What is causing you to stay loyal to those things that you have outgrown? Write it all down and then let it go. Whatever leaves you is creating more space for the things that you are absolutely ready for. If you're feeling restless like I have been, then that is like there's something that really needs to change. You have outgrown. You're ready for movement, you're ready to make space for the new stuff. I was reading something that Kirsty Gallagher wrote about this blue moon. And she said, this Sagittarius full blue moon is bringing a cosmic green light for growth, expansion, and taking the leap into the unknown. It's here to free you from the confines of your comfort zone, illuminate the beliefs and fears that have kept you small, and call you towards the fullest and truest expansion of yourself. I really love that idea. And so I'm going with it, and I'm believing in it full throttle because it's time to be audacious. It's time to sit down and put something real on the line. What is it in your heart that you've been wanting and not acting upon? Why? Why aren't you acting upon it? When I allow myself to ask those questions and write about them, the stuff just flows out. It's very different than just thinking about it. When you go to write it out, the answers come in a different way that I can't quite explain. Anybody who journals knows what I'm saying. But right now is the time for a little creative risk. Just put yourself out there, man. What do you have to lose? Anybody, anybody out there who sits around judging others for taking a creative risk. It's not someone that you need to worry about. The only kind of person who is going to make fun of that or look down upon that is someone who has that ache within them and they can't release it. There's an envy there. So don't bother yourself worrying about that. You've got to take a creative risk. You've got to find the boldness, the audacity, pinpoint what you really want to do and put it out there. Thinking about it is not going to do anything for you. You've got to make a move. And getting everything down on paper is the first step. You are not going to feel ready at all until you make a move, until you write down, decide what you want, and just take an action. Any action. Our creative energy is like water and it needs to move in order to be healthy. It's not a swamp. We don't want it just sitting there laying stagnant. We want it moving, flowing, waterfall, waves, streams, rivers. When I speak about this and audaciousness, I it takes me back to when I used to audition for things, mainly commercials. They were, you would just walk into the room and they would say, hey, do this. And I would literally have to make a fool out of myself within seconds. And if I thought about it, if I waited too long, it would just consume me and I couldn't move. So I got into the habit of just going for it and making as big of a fool of myself as I possibly possibly could. And when I think back to those days of being in those casting rooms, the the most embarrassing things that I did on camera, it's it's it's something that I can explain, but it moved me to this whole different level of audacity in life because I spent so many years making a complete fool of myself, a complete jackass of myself in front of strangers with cameras on, like groups of people watching me, that it's really, really hard for me to feel like, oh God, I couldn't do that. Because I've seriously done some very embarrassing things. And life really does meet you at your level of audacity. I've seen it, I've experienced it. And my ability to be audacious, because I kind of broke that seal during my acting days, it has gotten me to great places in the past. But then there's this opposite force that I have within myself, where the longer that I stay still and am not putting things out there and am not being audacious, I lose that ability to just go for it. The inertia just takes over. We're all human, it happens to all of us. That's why we have to push through and make a move. Life meets you at your level of audacity. It really does. What creative risk have you been pussy footing around? It's time to get real. Fear is going to try to convince you that you need to keep yourself small and please people, but you're gonna have to fight against that. Anybody who is pleased by you staying small does not deserve a spot in your life.
Cycle Nine And The Rule Of Nine
SPEAKER_00We are currently in what Feng Shui calls cycle nine, which is a 20-year cycle associated with visibility and transformation. And so with that comes endings and being the person you are truly meant to be. How does that sound? I like that. So on this blue moon, write down nine things that you would like to let go of, and then write down nine things you would like to welcome into your life. And I'm just gonna add this in here. Write down nine ways you can be more audacious. We're getting very close to the end of this 30 day project that took almost a year, so I will see you soon. And in the meantime, stay curious.
